What are your delivery options?
Free Delivery - orders over £60 Our Free delivery service will generally be with you within 5 working days. It could be sent using a courier or a non-courier depending on the weight and value of the items you’ve ordered. All the info you’ll need shall be sent in your despatch email once it’s left our warehouse. Standard Delivery - Tracked - £3.95 Orders sent using our Standard Tracked Service are delivered by Royal Mail. It shall generally be in your hands within 4-5 working days and will need a signature. P.S. We try our hardest to despatch all orders within 24 hours (depending on what time you placed yours). Next Day Delivery - £6.95 Orders sent using our Courier (Next Day) Service are delivered by Royal Mail. It shall be in your hands the next working day (if placed before 3pm) between 7am and 9pm. It will need a signature too. All the info you’ll need shall be sent in your despatch email once it’s left our warehouse.
When will my order be dispatched??
The estimated delivery date for each product is stated on the product page. If you have an account with us, you can also check the status of your order by logging in and clicking on the 'my orders' link.
How do I cancel my Order?
We all make mistakes, not to worry. Please send us an email to [email protected] to let us know that you wish to cancel your order.
What is your refunds & returns policy?
For most products, you have 28 days to notify us if you want to cancel the order or exchange the item. The cancellation period will expire 28 days from the day on which you receive the goods you have ordered. Please send us an email to [email protected] to let us know that you wish to cancel your order. If already received, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage). Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. We refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. EXCHANGES At this time, we can only process exchanges for the same item. For reasons of health and hygiene, we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery and underwear. In addition, swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene strip has been removed.
Can I exchange my item for something else?
We can’t exchange items but we can easily give you a refund or a voucher to buy something else.
Is your site secure?
Customers have the option of paying via Stripe, an industry certified secure and encrypted payment gateway, which incorporates the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode processes; or PayPal, an industry leading alternative payments provider that offers 24-hour monitoring and advanced encryption. After you click on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, secure pages are indicated by: •the web address changing from "http://" to "https://"; and •a "padlock" symbol (or key) in the bottom right-hand status bar of your web browser.

I’ve forgotten my password; can you reset it please?
All you need to do is Click here and enter your email address.
My basket keeps emptying. How can I stop this?
We are sorry you are having trouble keeping items in your basket. It may be an issue with the cookies on your browser – they may not be enabled or may need deleting. Cookies allow our site to remember what you have added to your basket. To delete your cookies, please go to your browser settings and select 'delete cookies/history'.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes you will receive and invoice with your order.
How can I track my order?
If you have an account with us, you can track your orders by logging in and clicking on the 'my orders' link in the 'eshkol.co.uk/my-account/' tab at the site. If you don't have an account with us, unfortunately it isn't possible to track the status of your order. However, if you have any questions regarding your order, please contact us.
Can I see my purchase history?
If you have an account with us, simply log in and click on the 'my orders' link in the 'eshkol.co.uk/my-account/' tab on the site to see a list of all the orders you have placed with eshkol.co.uk. Unfortunately, it isn't possible to add orders to an account that was created after the order was placed.
